Ukrainian painter. Honored Artist of Ukraine.
Alexey Pavlovich Solodovnikov was born on September 24, 1928 in the village of Tokarevo, Yaroslavl Region in Russia.
From 1943 to 1948 he studied at the Yaroslavl Art College.
In 1955 he graduated from the Kiev State Art Institute, where his teacher was S.A. Grigoryev.
Since 1951, Solodovnikov A.P. - A participant in city, republican and all-Union art exhibitions.
Member of the Union of Artists of the Ukrainian SSR since 1961.
He worked in the field of easel painting. Master of genre paintings.
