I liked this rosary so much that I made two almost exactly alike! The only difference is this one has a different crucifix than the other.

The crucifix on this rosary is bronze and has a tight open lattice work design behind the corpus. The bronze center has slightly raised letters of the Ave Maria (A and M) upon the front and back. Both crucifix and center are vintage replicas of earlier pieces.

The paters are 8mm faceted black onyx rounds. The aves are black flat 8x6mm Czech fire polished pressed glass beads with a golden popular crucifix impressed upon each side. They are easy to hold and pray upon. Other accent beads include Czech seed beads, a few Japanese seed beads, and brass oxide colored lead-free pewter findings and beads.

This rosary measures 20.5 inches fully extended and has an opening of 12 inches. It is fairly lightweight in the hand.

This rosary is strung on strong 49 strand stainless steel wire and double crimped for an heirloom quality construction designed to last. Please take care to protect the beads as most of them are glass and not unbreakable.
