His cat mask is missing one felt ear accent, I never noticed when I bought him and just displayed him as is, but I'm sure one could be easily made and added! He has both tags. *Only the bird is included, the other accessories pictured are just for a cute display idea. Bird has been displayed and stored in a smoke free, cat friendly home.
