Like most #4's, this pan is hard to find. Even harder to find one in such great shape. This Lodge #4 three notch has no chips or cracks. Sits perfectly flat with no wobble or spin. The cooking surface is extremely smooth with a few very light utensil marks, but also with factory swirls still prominent on the inside walls. If you are a Lodge collector, you are most likely still looking popular for this one. Don't miss out on this truly beautiful pan.
Professionally restored by soaking in lye bath, then being scrubbed, then 24 hours undergoing electrolysis, followed by even more scrubbing, followed by 3 rounds of seasoning with grape seed oil at 500 degrees, allowing the pan to slowly cool to 200 degrees before the next round.
