This wonderful 6 inch sterling spoon was made to commemorate the 1901 Pan American Exposition in Buffalo, NY. The bowl of the spoon has an engraved scene of Niagara Falls, with a buffalo at the bottom, and the words "Pan American 1901" at the top. The handle has the sculpture of the head of a Native American chief, in headdress, from both the front and back aspects. "Sterling" is printed on the back of the neck. This is a pre-owned item in very good condition.
