For those familiar with Nha Trang, but not Khanh Hoa - Nha Trang is located within Khanh Hoa Province to help give you a reference.

What we have here are ANCIENT Khanh Hoa Ant King chips. This particular type of scent is hardly ever seen any longer, as it's only found in VERY old trees. I have 2 batches from 2 separate trees found in the Khanh Hoa mountains - long dead and decaying, but with ant colonies still living in the dead tree...a telltale sign that if the hunters cut into it, they'd likely find Agarwood. And boy, did they!! Thick, King Grade fast sinking Ant wood ... an Agarwood connoisseur's wet dream!

I hardly ever run across wood of this class any longer - popular and rarely find more than a few pieces at a time when I'm in Japan...and they never want to sell more than a piece or two of it at at time.

Fortunately, one of the guys I work with got in touch with me and I was able to get these direct from Vietnam, and I took all that I could muster to get.

SCENT

As this is Ant / Insect Deawood - the scent is exceptionally sweet and Kynamic.

Deadwood differs from live tree wood in that the live tree isn't cut down. Rather, the tree has long died, naturally, on its own. These types of trees are known to be more sweet and delicate, and are a HIGHLY sought after class of woods in the Asian market. The cool thing about this (other than not having to cut a live tree down) - is that these long dead trees were often ancient and highly infected at their time of death. Their natural death and long decay on the forest floor adds a unique flavor highly coveted in Asian markets.

This particular batch likely smells like nothing you've smelled before, and it is an ANCIENT scent rarely found coming out of the jungles these days + a kynamic scent that will make you instantly fall head over heels for this stuff.

This is connoisseur level monkoh wood, pure and simple. King grade thickness and resin density. Fast sinking. THICK. SOLID. Crazy on an electric, suitable for pendents or just pulling out to smell from time to time, as it is incredibly aromatic at room temp.

If you're a fan of Kyara or Kynam ... this is the next best thing at a much friendlier price. Enjoy!
