DETAILS--

1. Every sign you order is created from scratch once we receive your request. The process starts with painting your background color onto a 1/4" panel of plywood. We then use your lettering color choice to paint the design on the background with a template we design. We then finish it off with your choice of frame color and a clear coat satin sealer for long lasting durability that will stand up to moisture and UV rays over time. No vinyl is used on the final product of your sign. Paint + Wood + Stain

2. We mix our own finish colors so no two signs will be exactly identical. Each piece of wood we use comes with natural imperfections (nicks, knots, chips or pits) and will absorb our finishes differently. We do not attempt to distress our signs; however, slight natural imperfections in the wood may be visible and we believe this adds to the overall custom/hand crafted look of your piece.

3. TURNAROUND TIME IS 3-4 WEEKS FROM THE TIME OF PURCHASE. Be sure to check our shop announcement message on our home page for latest updates. We do our best to get your order out as soon as we can but also strive for perfection and superior quality.

4. Please be sure that popular all contact information is correct in your Etsy account prior to purchase: shipping address, email, etc. This makes life easier.

5. If you accidentally order the wrong color or change your mind, please request a refund within 24 hours and re-order with the correct information. We cannot guarantee color or custom changes after the order has been submitted for more than 24 hours unless you follow these instructions. This just keeps things organized for us and cuts down on human error in our production room.

6. Each sign hangs easily with a small finish nail or tack from the back ledge of the wood frame. Hanging hardware is NOT included.
