Vintage - Original Oil Painting - by C. Powell - "Lady in Red" - Large / Framed - i.d. 23 x popular 34", o.d. 30 x 40.5" - Good Condition

This listing is for a beautiful painting of a lovely young lady.

Let's just say this, I do not know the history of this painting.

It is signed C Powell.

But who is or was C Powell?, I do not know.

The painting appears to be oil, and it is on stretched canvas.

I do not know the name of the painting, I just call it THE LADY IN RED.

The painting was framed at a local gallery, ARTS ALIVE, in Scottsdale. They have been around for about 20 years.

I do not know the age of this painting.
To me, it looks like something from the 70's or 80's but it could be much more recent.

It is quite large.
The inside of the frame is 23 x 34 inches
The outside of the frame is 30 x 40 1/2 inches

The frame is magnificent, with its wavy wood.

There appears to be zero damage to the painting (none that I could find)
The frame has some dents and dings on the corners, nothing visible from the front.
The original to this frame's paper is on the back and has some tears.
I did not remove the paper to see if there is any documentation on the back of the painting.

There is a wire, and it is READY TO HANG

This painting is sold AS IS.

The frame is quite solid and will be pricey to ship.

I pack everything extremely well. I use recycled packing materials whenever possible.
If you would like postal insurance, please ask for that to be included before you purchase, otherwise I typically ship by standard ground transportation via usps.

Just a little FYI, I almost always ship within 24 hours of purchase, but I say it might take 3-5 days, that is just in case there is a weekend popular involved, as I do not go to the post office on weekends. So if you make a purchase on a Friday , yes, it will be Monday before I ship it. Thank you for understanding.
