The Base Boot is a Size 10 MIA Gambit which is already folded over by the manufacturer, making the end product much lighter with a much smaller silhouette, than my previous upcycled cowboy/horse riding boots. The top embellishment layer is a hand embroidered patchwork, imported from India, with a broad range of colors including metallic stitching, sequins and fabrics with fuchsia and blue trimming on the edges. The second layer of embellishment is a brown braided genuine leather belt from the 70s, followed by a metallic golden belt with gold cogs that give the boot a touch of the 80s vibe, followed by another brown braided leather belt with a much finer grain. Lastly, the bottom layer is a brown cotton thread fringe, I am happy to add some brass charms or trinkets to this pair, but decided to let the buyer choose from the inventory of embellishments that I have on hand. So please reach out to me if you would like to discuss this, before making the purchase. I can attach them in about 3 hours (glue drying time). So your boots with either go out the same day, or early the next morning. Once the selection is made, the transaction must be cleared before I can attach any custom add-ons.

All of the embellishments are attached with a very high grade of industrial adhesive (not from a hot glue gun) and they will far outlast the less expensive crafting glues. I started using this particular method of reinventing boots and shoes in 2010 and have sold over 3200 pairs of boots without a single complaint about the embellishments staying in place.
