★ HOW TO ORDER AND CUSTOMIZE YOUR SHOT GLASSES ★

1. Choose number of shot glasses from drop-down menu.

2. Choose "PRINT Color" from drop-down menu - This menu is for the color of your text/design/print.

One Color Imprint only per design per order. Please choose from any of our colors on the drop-down menu. Color chart available under additional images. If you would like additional imprint colors for your order, a $20 (basic colors) or $40 (premium colors) fee will apply for each additional color. • Discounted prices in larger quantities is available and already included in our prices. No additional discounts available at the moment.

• Due to our huge price breaks on higher quantities, any quantity in between options shown in the "number of shot glasses" drop-down menu is NOT available here on Etsy (except quantities between 750-1000), as it will cost more than the next option available. If you would like a larger amount than options available, please contact us and we will be happy to add an option for quantity needed to our menu!

★ CHANGING YOUR DESIGN AND/OR QUANTITY AFTER PURCHASE ★

You should contact us for any changes to your design. You can make multiple changes to your design during the proofing stage. After your order is approved and sent to production, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

You should contact us for any changes in quantity or style. You can change your order quantity and style during the proofing stage and we will send you a custom link for the price difference between quantities (if higher quantity), or refund you the difference (if lower quantity), however, once your order is approved and sent to production, we may not be able to accommodate your request and if more units are needed, a new order for the full price for additional units might need to be placed.

★ STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME ★

• You will receive an Etsy message from us with your artwork proof for approval within 1-5 business days. Please make sure to CHECK YOUR ETSY INBOX DURING THIS PERIOD! Please note that during busy times, this time frame might increase to up to 7 business days - If this is a rush order, please make sure to let us know on your checkout notes or email us upon purchase and we will check if production rush is needed.

• After you approve your artwork, it will be sent to production. Please note that you need to reply from your Etsy inbox, and not straight from your email provider's inbox, as we will not receive your message that way.

• Please note that due to our shipping policies, if we do not hear from you regarding your digital proof within 5 business days from the day we originally sent you your proof, we will have to send your order to production as shown in sample provided in order to get them to you on time promised.

• Allow 7 to 20 business days for us to print your product from the day of approval (This time frame depends on our current production volume and the day you need them by).

• Please note that production times are based on business days.

• Production cut-off time is 10:00 am Monday-Friday. Orders placed/approved after 10 am will not go into production until the next business day.

Pick-up services not currently available. Our design offices are in Deerfield Beach (FL), however, our main production facilities are in Largo (FL), Ohio and Indiana. The production facility where your items will be produced will vary depending on your location and whether or not this is a rush order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Allow 1 to 7 business days for transit (Within the U.S. only).

HAWAII, ALASKA, US TERRITORIES & PROTECTORATES: Domestic shipping rates are only valid in the continental US. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories and protectorates will require additional shipping costs. If you are located in Hawaii, Alaska, or any US Territories and Protectorates, please contact us with quantity of shot glasses wanted, print color, your shipping address, and your need-by date, prior to purchase and we will send you a shipping add-on with the correct shipping fee. Time is of the essence: Any broken items, defective merchandise or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims will not be honored after this period! Ripped or Defective Merchandise may only be exchanged for the same item, we do not offer refunds. Please make sure to include a photo of product received and describe problem. Due to the nature of the production process, slight variations and small imperfections are not considered flaws. Variation in materials, production equipment and firing temperature may result in variations in size, shape, glaze color, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards and are not considered defective.
