Antique, 1923, First Edition, first printing, Burgess Flower Book for Children. Overall very good condition for the age. Boards are sturdy, back hinge could use reinforcement (see photo). Some foxing and minor spotting on pages. All illustrations are present. Very collectible, very scarce.
