The ring is missing 1 of the 2 diamonds but you could have a jeweler set one or put a dot of white gold so it doesn't show (see pic 3.) Calling condition fair due to that diamond missing. I believe the hallmark is 14k (see pics 4.) Size and weight as well as testing the star sapphire is in photos. Sapphire is beautiful! It is so hard to photograph them and get the star to really show.
