Plant care information:
Please understand a lot of the plants we stock have special care needs.
If you do not know the care requirements for the plant you are purchasing please take a moment to do some research so you can verify if you will be able to provide the proper environment for it.
The majority of our plants are grown indoors. We keep our nursery rooms between 60%-80% humidity and temperatures between 65-80 degrees.
We propagate most of our plants in sphagnum moss or coco husk... Then we will move them to a speciality soil mix.
Our soil mix is available for purchase in our Etsy shop.
Most plant will ship in whatever media and pot they are photographed in. There will be very few exceptions to this.


Shipping information:
Here at Paper Crane Nursery we know how important it is to have impeccable packaging.
We use high quality packing materials and go the extra mile to make sure your plants are packaged with the upmost care.
We ship all orders out on Monday and Tuesday of each week.
Any orders placed after 10am PST on Tuesday will ship the following Monday.
Standard shipping is provided by USPS priority mail. Expedited 2-day shipping is provided by UPS. 1-day shipping is shipped via UPS next day air saver.
We highly recommend upgrading popular shipping to express as this will greatly reduce the chance of in-transit damage.
Each additional plant ships for an additional $2.
Our packaging team will check your temperatures before sending and will include insulation and/or a heat pack if seen fit for no additional charge.

Refund/Return/Exchanges
In the unlikely case your order arrives dead or extremely damaged we will take full responsibility for it and offer a refund or exchange if we have something similar.
Please have realistic expectations when ordering live plants online especially when opting for the standard shipping option.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for slight leaf damage. We will offer a refund or replacement if your order was lost by the shipping carrier. We cannot offer returns or replacements for stolen packages or packages that may have been delivered to the wrong address.
Each shipment included $100 worth of insurance. If you would like to add additional insurance please let us know when you place your order.
To qualify for our return or exchange policy please contact us within 48 hours of your orders arrival with photos.
