•Jackets are a fitted style with slight crop, not boyfriend or relaxed style so if you want a looser fit consider ordering the next size larger.
•Jackets are available in S, M, L, XL, XXL
•Tip - See size chart in the listing for size measurements. Use the measurements to compare with similar jackets you own that fit well as a guide.
•If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me to obtain additional information – since jackets are not returnable/exchangeable I want to make sure you select the perfect fit!

Personalization
•Select font style from the font chart in listing photos.
•Provide copy for the back of the jacket – name / date & date/ title or anything you wish even if not wedding related!
•Maximum 3 lines with max of 12 characters per line to ensure good visibility. This includes punctuation and spaces.
•Text will be white vinyl providing good contrast on denim.
•Please double check spelling, capitalization, punctuation, date format as we will design exactly as submitted.

Production & Shipping
•Production – Production time is 2-6 weeks. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order so we can ensure we can meet your timeframe.
•Shipping - Shipping is through USPS typically 2-10 business days based on shipping location. USPS may have delays periodically and we are not responsible for those delays.
oMake sure your shipping address is correct; once order is sent to USPS, we will not be able to change the shipping location.

Returns and Exchanges.
•No returns or exchanges.
oWe custom design every jacket as noted on your order, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
oPlease review the size, font, personalization copy carefully and feel free to contact us with any questions or if you need guidance PRIOR to placing your order.
oOnce orders are received, we work quickly to ship the order to you so changes after 24 hours (after order placement) we may not be able to accommodate.
oPlease contact us within 3 days of receipt if you have any issues with your order and include photos. If we made an error on our end we will coordinate with you to quickly fix it.

Care
•Handwash gently in cold water with jacket inside out.
•Hang jacket and air dry
•Do not dry clean or use bleach.
•Do not iron or apply heat on/near embellishment which can damage decor.
