RETURN POLICY:
If you want to return an order that is 24 x 30 or smaller you must contact us prior to shipping it back to get a refund. Refund minus shipping and a 25% restocking fee is given only if the tiles are returned in their original and new condition. Tiles that are damaged or in any way altered from the way they were shipped may not be returned. All returned orders must be shipped back to us by UPS, insured to their retail value, and within 10 days from the date you received them. The item must not be used and in it's original package. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Our tiles are packed very carefully but in the event of any damage we will replace it at no extra cost.

Unless you are hanging your tile as a wall decor' I do not recommend using the glossy tile as the glossy tiles are not scratch resistant. Satin is more resilient and scratch resistant, matte finish is the most resilient and scratch resistant. Please specify which finish you would like at the time of your purchase otherwise the tiles will be made in Satin.


We make our murals using the sublimation process.


The image is printed with sublimation dye onto sublimation paper using a special printer. The printed image and the tiles are then put into a heat press and we apply heat and pressure to the tile and printed image to transfer these images to the tile. The dye of the printed image flashes from solid form to gas form under the intense heat and pressure of the heat press machine. The gas formed dye permeates the tile surface and becomes permanent to the tile. You cannot wash the image off. You can clean them daily with a sponge or soft cloth and any normal household cleaner like a multi-purpose cleaner or soft scrub. The colors in the digital tile murals are very vivid. Tile images are permanent and safe to use as a kitchen backsplash (behind a stove or sink or anywhere on the wall) or on the wall of your shower or tub surround.

If you are installing the tiles yourself, please read carefully below for helpful information.
NEVER use SANDED grout and make sure you use a rubber trowel
Gloss Tiles
Has a very high gloss and not recommended for grouting; they could scratch and do very easily. I would also be careful when cleaning them.
Satin Tiles -is resistant to MINOR scratches so please be cautious when grouting.
Matte Tiles- have a rough texture to them and are much more scratch resistant but I would still be cautious not to scrape the picture off the tiles.
Sealing the tiles
Ceramic and Porcelain tiles do not have to be sealed but I would seal the grout, especially if you are putting them where there is moisture.
If you ordered Tumble Stone, you must seal them due to the pitted holes.
Cleaning the tiles:
When cleaning the tiles, never use an abrasive, use soap and water with a soft sponge. You could also you any non-abrasive cleaner as well.
Sun Exposure:
DO NOT place tiles in direct sunlight as they will fade. Personalized Impressions pack our tiles with a great amount care and insured, but in the event a tile is damage during shipping we will replace the tile, but you must inspect the tile and contact us within 48 hours of receiving them so that we can put in a claim with the carrier. When contacting us, please let us know the number that is on the back so that we can send you a replacement.
