This genealogy family tree chart is a unique and beautiful way to display 5 generations of your family history (plus one line of children below the tree.) The leaves and branches of the tree were created with watercolor effect. It is printed on archival-quality museum grade fine art paper. FRAME/MAT NOT INCLUDED.

- Seller will begin working on your tree after I receive both your family names and an order confirmation.

- Please choose your color scheme carefully. Your names are hand-entered into the tree, and should you decide to change the color scheme you may incur additional charges.

ITEM DETAILS:
- This tree includes 5 generations of ancestors, as well as one line for children of the parents at the base of the tree. (Children do not count as a "generation" when ordering.)
- The family tree includes 3 lines of text for each individual: Name, Birthdate, and Place of Birth.
- You have the option to select "digital file only" if you choose to print yourself, or you may purchase a physical print.
- Prints are made on fine art watercolor paper, a thick, textured paper that compliments the watercolor design. The paper and ink are archival quality, and acid-free.
- If you purchase a print, you will also receive a digital file of your family tree.

DIGITAL FILE INFORMATION:
- You will receive a high-resolution JPG (300 dpi) of your personalized family tree.
- The digital file cannot be altered or manipulated.
- You will own your digital file and can use it to print copies of your family tree at any time.

SHIPPING:
Turnaround time depends on the number of orders at any given time. Most times I am able to ship within 7 days. I ship 2-day USPS Priority Mail. Please contact me if you have a specific deadline and I will do my best to work with you to make it happen. During the holidays, turnaround times are subject to change. Prints 20x24 inches and under ship in a flat box. Prints 24x30 and above are shipped rolled in a tube.

REFUNDS:
This custom-made art is non-refundable, but please contact me popular if your print arrives damaged or there is a problem with the print quality. Once you approve your proof and the final version has been sent to print, you are responsible for paying for a reprint, shipping, and handling. Thank you for understanding!
