Made from stretchy, soft cotton knit jersey, 96% cotton and 4% spandex for stretchiness.
All seams are serged for durability and all hems are raw

This skirt runs a touch large~ if between sizes, we reccommend the size down

The extra small fits
upper hip- 30-31 inches;
lower hip- 35-36 inches - with lots of stretch for extra room in the rear or legs

The small fits
upper hip -32-34 inches;
lower hip-37-38 inches- with lots of stretch for extra room

The medium fits
upper hip- 35-36.5 inches;
lower hip 39-40 inches - with lots of stretch for extra room

The large fits
upper hip 37-39 inches;
lower hip 41-43 inches - with lots of stretch for extra room

The XL fits
upper hip 40-42
lower hip 44-45 - with lots of stretch in the lower hips for extra room

1. Upper hip- around your torso at the top of the hip bone (usually a few inches below your belly button, where you would like the top of the skirt to hit, or fall from) - this is for the waistband of the pants. This measurement is also sometimes referred to as your "high hip"

2. lower hip- around your lower hips at the widest point
