Junco popular - Slate Colored

This life sized and life like slate colored junco and nest were carved from tupelo and the eyes are made of glass. The bird and nest were hand painted with acrylics. Several people have told me that they would like a bird that is not mounted to a base so it could be held popular. With that in mind, this junco is not attached to the nest and can be handled as desired.
