Spalted Maple Vessel with a textured design on top. Warping is normal in wood. We allow the wood to warp because it ends up displaying a unique shape of the vessel that is beyond the norm. What a lovely piece.

View all the images and notice the difference in the wood's pattern and colors. See how different the vessel looks on each side. It has more of a matte finish. It's not very glossy. Some of us prefer the matte version of things.

There will be natural changes in the wood. Over time wood naturally changes color. Wood changes depending on the humidity in the air.

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Never soak in water. Apply walnut oil occasionally and it will last generations.
