Our Order Process

Step 1: Place your order by letting us know the quantity you need. We will take care of all of the custom details and any upgrades after you purchase the quantity you would like.

Step 2: After you purchase, we will send you a link to fill out an online form to design your favors. (Check your Etsy confirmation email!) This is where you will customize your design selections. You can add personalized labels, lace, wooden honey dippers, and much more.

Step 3: Get ready for cuteness to arrive at your doorstep! We ship 2-3 day mail and orders take 2-3 weeks to create. If you need it sooner, request a rush order (see FAQs below). If your event is far from now, request an advanced order (see FAQs below).

Production Time:

Shipping:
We use USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 2-3 days in transit. Rush shipping is available at buyer's expense. We ship worldwide, contact us directly for a quote outside of the US.

Rush Orders:
If you need your order in two weeks or less, you will need to purchase a $20 Rush Fee, available here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/573102828/rush-order?ref=shop_home_active_1

Advanced Orders:
Buy now, get it later. It is that easy. Just let us know your event date and we can ship 3-4 weeks prior.

Samples:
We offer samples of our favors. Single jar samples are $5 shipped and $20 shipped for up to (8) 2 oz jars. We do not customize samples, but we will try our best to send the colors you are using for your event.

Labels: We have 30 label designs to choose from. You can add custom designed labels or additional label designs to your original order for $10 per design. All label orders will be sent a digital proof of your label before we print. Check out our fabric options and label options here:

Fabric Choices:
We offer many different fabric options to match your event. You can choose one fabric for every 25 jars in your order (example: a 100 jar order can have up 4 fabrics). If you do not respond to our request for your fabric choice in an appropriate amount of time to complete your order, we will choose a fabric for you.

Minimum Order:
We require a 12 item minimum order, per flavor. For a different quantity, please send us a message and we will be happy to create you a private listing.
