Lamps are shipped unassembled for safer shipping. If any of them arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product, indicating the parts to be resent. The only thing that the buyer will have to pay is the cost of shipping those parts, which can be refund by DHL after analyzing the case.
