This is a RARE James Keiller 1# Rolled Top Marmalade Pot c1875 It is.
popular This is a RARE James Keiller 1# Rolled Top Marmalade Pot c.1875. It is in excellent condition. It is a beautiful white color (the whiter, the more rare!). The bottom is stamped with MALING. The side is stamped with, No 11227, PATENT. There is a hairline crack along the inside rim, that is stable and a few fleabites. This would be the perfect pot to start a collection or to store pens, flatware, brushes, or on a vanity in your bathroom.
The pot measures just under 5" and is 3.25" in diameter.
All vintage items may be imperfect due to their age and most pots will most likely contain crazing, varying spots of staining, minor hairline cracks and minor chips and fleabites that only add to it's character, and do not detract from its value. I attempt to point out any flaws via the pictures and description. Each piece has its own character. These blemishes are to be expected given age, use, and in the case of the vintage pots - being buried for years before being rediscovered!

The price includes one pot; none of my photo props are included.
