It is in like new to mint condition (not professionally graded) - Please look closely at all of the pictures for more detail. Due to lighting actual colors may vary slightly from pictures. Some of the errors noted by others that are on this bear are:- no period in U.S.A. on tush tag- missing period in PVC on tush tag These are just a few things that I found listed as errors on other listings for this beanie.
