P R I N T I N G
Cards are printed from a professional printer.
• Please note colors are screen may appear different on printed card stock
• The card stock has texture to it and will print the photo in a matte finish, if you prefer a smooth finish, please request.
ENVELOPE printing is a different printer than the card printer. Most colors will match exactly but some colors can print slightly off. Pinks tend to print different, therefore we usually recommend a darker hue of pink or going neutral to a gray.

BUSINESS DAYS are MONDAY thru FRIDAY. My storefront is open 10 until 5.
I answer messages during my BUSINESS HOURS 9-2:30! I have kids so I am on a tight work schedule and work late at night during Holiday season. So don't be alarmed if you get a proof after midnight. ;)

Please order in a timely manner. You will receive your proof within 1-5 business days. Printing time is 2-4 business days after proof is approved for print. Please note November-December printing timeline can run 2-6 business days.

After payment is processed and I receive your order, I will provide a proof. I only send proofs once an order has been made.

*Your purchase includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are $5 each. You will receive a link to pay for the additional charge if applied. Orders will not ship until payments have been received.

Please check proofs carefully, and note that I will not put your invitations into production until I receive your final approval, so please check your messages regularly to make sure you receive your invitations promptly. If a mistake and you have approved your item, there is a reprint fee.
PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK your PROOF!! I am not held responsible for mistakes once approved.

S H I P P I N G
Your invitations ship via USPS, UPS, or Fedex. You will receive a tracking number through Etsy when they ship. PLEASE NOTE once the order has shipped I have NO control of the where abouts or timeline. I only have access to the same tracking tools you have. I am not held responsible for
the cards once they are shipping. I can file a claim but only after popular so many days. Please order in a timely matter and DOUBLE CHECK your shipping address.
