CANCELATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We do not accept cancelations on orders that have been completed and paid for. If for any reason you absolutely have to cancel the order, there will be a 10% charge plus the cost of the shipping label that was printed.

Returns/exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs. The item must be in new and unused condition in its original packaging and shipped within 7 days of receiving the original package. Please contact us to arrange a return.

Please choose a carrier that provides tracking information, and delivery confirmation as BeadedSpiritDesign is not responsible for any loss or damage to the returned item during transit. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

CARE:
In order to protect popular your necklace, we recommend that it be kept in the jewelry bag provided to prevent tarnishing. Metals will discolor over time if not taken care of…Chemicals like hairspray, chlorine, lotions, ocean water, perfumes, etc. will hasten the process of discoloration.

REPAIR POLICY:
We strive to offer the highest quality materials & craftsmanship. Broken pieces are incredibly rare in our shop, but in the event that one of the pieces you've purchased breaks within 7 days of delivery, we do offer complimentary repairs! Please contact us to request a repair. Any pieces that might break after this point in time may be subject to a repair fee. BeadedSpiritDesign reserves the right to refuse repair requests after 7 days past the delivery date.
