I have always felt "connected" to and humbled by nature and the creatures of all the species that intertwine with our lives . Here on the Outer Banks popular, we are so fortunate to have the privilege of being the unofficial stewards of this magical place and have the great honor of being present to learn from, watch and interact with so many magnificent creatures. This bowl takes a bit of inspiration from that magic....and focuses on thoughts of peace and harmony.

Measuring 9 inches across and 4 inches deep, this large, unique bowl will be gorgeous and thought provoking whether on display Or in use.

Etched in wax before the bowl was glazed, the animals and words (peace in 10 languages) reveal the rich, deep brown color of the unglazed stoneware. Glazed in oatmeal, oceanic blues and seafoam greens and then fired to cone 6, it is a great way to preserve the unspeakable experience of interacting with the many species of earth who wander here amongst us.
