45” Hairy Wool Throw popular ‘M’ Initial Appliqué Stitched Wall Rug Table Cover Vintage Square Cloth European Folk Art 1960’s Pink & Purple

45” x 43” Very cheery and happy Folkloric table throw or wall hanging hand made with love.
Initial ‘M' a bonus.
2 strips of 21 1/2” loomed pieces hand sewn together to form this square.
Hand basted backing has some missing stitches here and there which I'll reinforce before shipping.
70 years old give or take a decade.
Fiber content is wool.
Backed with a cotton foulard in teal/green/yellow/orange.
Top is deep red, purple, yellow popular, pink, Grey/blue, forest green hairy fringe is wool and has some broken strands.
From a Greek woman's estate.
In excellent condition with no damage.

It's clean and ready to display.
No funky smells.
