Retro Bossy CAT & Sweet popular DOG OUTSIDER Art Painting c1980-90s

Here is a vintage acrylic painting outsider art piece. It depicts a bossy black and white cat and a sweet dog looking up at it popular. The art is framed in a wood frame. The painting is in good vintage condition with a few black marks at the center. The frame has some scrapes/scratches on the surround. None is too bad. It is signed Silsr at the bottom right. I would date this art to the 1980-90s time period. Perfect for Retro,Country,Eclectic,Boho, and 1980-90s decors.
