***I can make any toys you want. Cartoon characters, similar dolls, same as any amigurumi doll or toy you've ever seen. If you want to custom order, just show me what you want.
**** Price for 1 baby. Extra items such as bags, glasses, hats are charged extra. You can write me a message for these requests and learn additional prices.

*Thread colors do not always exactly match the pictures. Certain colors may not be the same. The closest color is used and the compatibility is between 80% - 90%.

PS Hand wash recommended. Use a towel to remove excess water. Air dry completely and redistribute the stuffing if necessary.

Patterns are not refundable once the pattern is downloaded. If the pattern has not been downloaded yet, I will return the order on request.

THE PRODUCT IS MADE TO ORDER:
If you receive your item and there is something you are not satisfied with, let me know. I can't accept returns if it's a custom made item as we speak (to look like a doll, for similar dolls). If I agree to accept it as an exchange or refund for other toys, the item must be returned in the same condition as you received it, and you must bear the postage when sending it back. If I'm going to give you a new order, you may be given another deadline of up to a few months (since I often have a deadline waiting list).


DETAILS ON CANCELLATION REQUESTS:
I do not accept cancellation requests for special products that I started working on. However, if you're on my waiting list and haven't started your project yet, I'm always happy to cancel your order for any reason.
