Item is used and has normal wear and tear. Interior of bag has quite a few pin pricks from using the lining to hang pins from (rookie mistake, I know - see pictures). Clear plastic PVC window has a small white mark on it that could easily be cleaned off (see picture).. Clear plastic PVC window has some streaking but nothing that affects the see-through quality of the material (see pictures). Normal wear to faux leather exterior, no major damages. Bag is double zippered with two exterior pockets - one for the pin window and one for the interior. Interior has black lining with two wall pockets, one large velcroed pocket, and a zippered back pocket. There is a key hook inside the exterior window pocket as well as the interior pocket.
