Materials:
Your portrait will be created on high popular quality 140lb watercolor paper, using ink and watercolor paint.

Process:
In order to complete your portrait, I will need a high quality image of your home from the angle you would like to have it drawn. Additional photos are encouraged for greater detail and clarity. Simply attach your photos to a new conversation message by clicking "attach image" in the bottom right corner of the message box, or email them to me at homefrontdesignco [!at] gmail.com. Once I have completed a sketch laying out the design, I will email it for final approval before painting. Portraits will be completed and ready to ship in about 1-2 weeks.

Portrait Pricing:
5"x7" - $130 (dimensions after matting-8x10)
8"x10" - $170 (dimensions after matting-11x14)
9"x12" - $195 (dimensions after matting- 12x16)
I will include an archival white matte to fit a standard size frame. *FRAME NOT INCLUDED
