PLEASE NOTE: Should your item be broken in transit, please notify House of Gold Co. within 24 hours of receipt. House of Gold Co. will pursue a refund from the shipping provider but will need photographs of the damaged item and packaging. Buyer agrees to keep the broken item and all packaging as well as provide physical proof of damage at local shipping office if requested.
