THIS LICENSE APPLIES TO:

- products (items) purchased at the TL Art Shop or Etsy Store owned by TL Art Studio
- products marked for commercial use
- small businesses only,
- one person (business) only,
- 50 listings (items) at our shop,
- unlimited number of projects,
- unlimited number of copies,
- no attribution required.

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO:

- apply this license to the products marked for personal use only
- Share or sell purchased items in digital form as they are.
- Print, then share or sell the items in popular physical form as they are.
- Claim ownership of our products and sell them as your own, transfer of copyright is not allowed. - Upload files to print on demand sites (Shopify, Printful, Redbubble, Zazzle..).
- Use the items to create and sell products such as clip art, clip art set, watercolor graphic elements (or any type of graphic resources ), digital stationery templates, digital papers, scrapbook layout templates, textures, backgrounds, patterns… In other words, any type of product in a form that allows third parties to modify or extract the original design.
