New, never used! The liquids are separating a bit (just stir to fix) from spending the last 4 years in a vanity drawer, but it still smells as perfect as the day I bought it. It looks messy because it was lying on it's side- but it's all there! This one was (is) my absolute favorite scent, but I just can't bring myself to dig into my last jar... so it should go to someone that's popular going to love it and not leave it in a drawer. :).
