Blown glass larger popular pinch or Glug Glug decanter with it's original hollow bubble stopper. It has a cut and polished pontil on the base as to be expected from a decanter from the 1800's. It has an applied sterling silver collar with a four cornered spout to make it easier to pour. These decanters were called Glug Glug or Gurgle decanters because of the sound it makes when poured. No damage or repair and great condition for a piece of glass over 100 years old. Made in England. Measures 10" high to the top of the stopper. The date on the silver collar is for Birmingham England 1900.
