anything described as made to order in the title has a turn around time on production, this is usually 1-2 weeks but can vary through the year especially during the holidays. The listing will be updated with the turn around time in the shipping tab, our announcement page and also in the right hand side bar of the listing. Please check out the ready to ship items in the below link if you need something sooner


*****PACKAGING*****

Your order will be wrapped in simple kraft paper and a fabric ribbon enclosed in a small cardboard box or 100% recyclable paper envelope. We use paper tape which is recyclable on curbside and recycled shipping boxes when available. In the interest of saving paper your invoice will not be included in domestic shipments but a link to print your invoice will be emailed with your order should you need one.

The return address will be from Amanda Boyd not from Sandmaiden Sleepwear for confidentiality.

International orders we can include the gift card but not omit the invoice or gift wrap for customs purposes.

********Return Policy*********

Return within 1 week in the original unworn condition. Restocking fees apply as described below. Contact us for an RA#

There is a 20% restocking fee on any returns that are "made to order" as described in the title. Please consider the ready to ship sections if you think you'll need to make a return.

We don't offer exchanges.

Shipping charges are non refundable. Return postage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. In the event we provide a pre paid return label the cost will be deducted from the refund.

Returns that are posted back after one week of receipt will be subject to an additional 10% restocking fee per week up to 3 weeks maximum in the event the item was held for a gift occasion or received when on vacation etc.

Returns with any odors or stains of moisturizer, perfume, smoke etc and/or signs of laundering will be rejected and sent back to the customer or donated.

International orders that are refused or unclaimed at customs will be donated, I do not accept a return on these orders but will re ship the items if shipping charges are paid for by the buyer.

Panties and sets with panties are final sale items, no exceptions.

Special order custom sized orders such as half size or split size are final sale items.

Returns must be posted back within one week of delivery in the original unworn and unlaundered condition with an RA# inside the package.

Returns will take 1-3 weeks to process. Be sure to popular include the RA# within the package to expedite the process.
