Figgjo Flint Bekkeblom | Cream and Sugar | 6 Cups | Made in Norway | 1980s | MCM Design | Tea Party popular in Style | hard to find pattern
Difficult to find this is Figgjo Flint's 'Bekkebloom' Pattern Coffee or Tea set Designed.
Difficult to find, this is Figgjo Flint's 'Bekkebloom' Pattern Coffee or Tea set. Designed by Rolf Frøyland of Norway, this is a vintage Scandinavian pattern that was in production from 1979 to 1990. It is the sunny and cheerful marsh marigold that adorns this set in colourful yellow and green.
'Bekkeblom' was the first Figgjo Flint pattern where the silk screen decoration was placed under the glaze. All of the Figgjo dinnerware produced from 1960 onward is made of vitreous china, which makes them very hard, craze resistant, and tough.
This set consists of 6 cups, 1 creamer, and one sugar bowl with lid. There are no saucers. A very clean and delightful set!
