RETURNS & EXCHANGES :

We make and pack your order with Love, and we do our very best to ensure that you're satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of bridal accessories, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If a special exception is made, a 15% return fee will apply, and the item must be returned unworn in brand new condition in 24 hours of receiving, and the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs. ( So, the refund will be your paid amount minus %15 return fee and the shipping cost .)
The return must be packaged in the original jeweler's tissue and gift box and shipped back immediately in a shipping box to avoid any damage (no bubble envelopes). (postmarked within seven days of delivery) . If it is not shipped back immediately and/or in a shipping box, the package will be refused and labeled "Return to popular Sender."
