This is a used, like-new grimsly manor. In my opinion, one of the best Halloween pieces dept popular 56 made. The lights work and I faintly hear the sound. I don't want to try to take it apart, but I'm thinking there might be a way to fix it. There is a small chip on the left rear as shown.
