This is a guide that I bought brand new and never used. In fact popular, I still haven't played this game yet, and it's just sitting in my backlog. The guide has a little shelf wear (it's 11 or 12 years old) and has a light crease in the bottom corner on the back (probably happened with shipping and handling years ago), as shown in the pic. Even so, you can see that the edges are very clean, with very little chipping and chaffing. Overall it's in very good condition. I have a spare in similar condition and forgot I had 2 of these laying around, so I'm selling one of them. The price includes shipping, and will ship within 2 business days.
