We just moved and no longer have in-wall speakers, so we're moving to a less advanced AV setup. In our old house we used this receiver to connect both surround sound in-wall speakers and speakers from other rooms to play music throughout our first floor via the Heo's app which allowed access to our iTunes collection and Spotify accounts. Worked great for both purposes and is in excellent used condition with the exception of the right knob which has been pulled off by my children. It went right back on and functions normally, but please note that it has been removed. We connected an Xbox one, Nintendo switch and blue ray player to our TV using this receiver, and all worked perfectly. I believe you can connect up to 7 devices with HDMI inputs.
