Patriotic Scrappy Square Design – LAP QUILT – popular Red, White & Blue

This patriotic themed quilt is a union of thirty squares in gorgeous combination of reds, whites and blues. The busy patchwork squares are united by an exterior border in deep blue featuring geometric designs reminiscent of red and blue fireworks. The backing is a blue tone on tone fabric with a very subtle leaf on the vine print. This quilt is artfully top-stitched with a wave and star pattern in white thread that nearly steals the show, especially when viewed on the backside.

Size measures approximately 54” x 47”. This quilt would be a lovely gift for that wonderful friend or relative whose July birthday is rapidly approaching! Drape it on the back of a sofa or chair, or use it as a cover-up while reading or watching TV.

Life happens, so when the quilt needs a wash, simply launder on the gentle cycle with cold water and similar colors. Do not use bleach. To dry by machine simply use a low heat or gentle setting in the dryer. Or, do it the old fashioned way - hang it on the line for that crisp air smell and longer life of the quilt!

After washing remember that the quilt will wrinkle a bit, just the way it should!
