Antique Victorian bar brooch with a large central citrine stone and with mother of pearl and brown stone (agate ?) inlay on each side. C clasp. Simple, yet very classic and elegant. Some patina on it.
The hinge is slightly loose, but the brooch popular is secure when attached to a scarf of sweater. Please ask for additional pictures.
Marked WJ&S from W. Jackson & Sons. It is marked with the anchor, lion (for London), and a capital 0 that dates it to 1899 (https://www.925-1000.com/dlc_london.html).
Stones are tested with Presidium gem tester. Please note this tester cannot differentiate between manufactured and natural stones.
Measurements: a little bit under 2 inches long & approx. 0.5 inches wide
