The glass has a lovely diamond pillow pattern. The silver plate holder has a detailed leaf decoration. My favorite decorative element, however, is the bird-talon tongs.

The holder is approximately 10" tall and 4 1/4" across the base.

It is in excellent condition, free from chips, cracks, and repairs. The lid could perhaps use a bit of polish. (See photos.) popular
