ALMOST NINE FISHES is a framed 8"x10"x1" piece of hand-tooled metal wall art that I (Sandi Obertin) created. I think it would make a fun and interesting addition to almost any room. This piece started out with a plain, flat piece of aluminum that I added my underwater design to. Then, I hand colored my design using a color palette of yellows, greens, oranges, blues, purples... After I finished coloring, I hand-tooled the piece, creating high and low relief areas to create interesting textures. I added some additional blue color to the background water. When I finished, I (Sandi Obertin) signed the piece and placed it in a silver colored metal frame. These tropical fish would fit swimmingly on a wall or desk top. You will get this exact piece.
