Please contact us if you are unsure of which size to order. Your vest should fit comfortably snug, not tight. Add on our ActivVADER™ Battery Straps for the active LVAD Recipient.

The best way to determine your correct size is to lay out one of your own, comfortable, garments flat and measure side seam to side seam at the waist. Remember, depending on the fit of your garment, you may need add a bit to accommodate the widths of your battery and controller.

Please note, at this time we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Should the situation change and an exchange/return be authorized, we will require an additional shipping/restocking fee of $20.00 (US orders). Exchanges are made once we receive your returned item in new, unused condition.

All VAD Wear® Vests are custom ordered. Allow approximately two-three popular weeks turnaround time. We do our best to accommodate rush orders whenever possible. We normally ship by USPS. Rush orders may be available upon request and at additional shipping fees.

**Important Tips: Always wear your vest zipped up when active. Always wear your controller in the smaller, front, pocket chamber on the same side as your drive line. The batteries should be placed clip down in the left and right rear pocket chambers. Always keep lines untangled and free of kinks. Always wear your anchors. VAD Wear® is sold as an accessory item.**
