In popular the unfortunate event that one of my pieces is damaged during shipping please notify me in a timely manner (no later than one week upon arrival). Please take pictures of the damage on the item as well as damage to the packaging. I ship insured but evidence of damage is required so please take pictures. I am more than happy to work with you to repair any damage. I pack my items with the utmost care but I can not control what happens once they leave my hands:(
It sure seems that our weather is getting more extreme. If there's a massive thunderstorm, hurricane or the like heading your way, take shelter and bring your glass wind chime with you. These are study beasts but are definitely breakable.
