Will Our Honey Crystallize Over Time?
Yes, our honey along with most pure, raw honey will crystallize over time. Crystallized honey has a different texture, but it does not mean that the honey is bad.
To keep the honey in a liquid state we recommend storing the honey around 20 to 30 degrees. Once crystallized, honey can also be brought back into a liquid state by heating the honey.
Our honey is unfiltered and unpasteurized honey which makes it delicious both in its liquid or it's crystallized form!
