Your custom pottery family popular celebration tray is designed using organic earthenware clay, each 9 or 11” family memorial plate is its own work of art, slightly asymmetric and uniquely its own. Each custom order dish will be created with a family last name, date plus your choice of 'Married' or 'Established' in our own handwritten calligraphy script. Each dish is handcrafted with kiln-fired clay and finished with your choice of custom food safe glazes.

White has various levels of brightness and white can be either a 'warm white' (yellow undertones) or cool white (blue undertones). The glazes we use are are standard for the artist community and are extremely limited in scope of color options. The 'white' glaze that is available for our use may not match your existing 'white' dishware.

The standard shipping is ground shipping from southwest Arizona. Depending on the delivery destination, transit time can take 1-2 days for in state Arizona up to 5-6 days to Florida, NY and Maine. Your ceramic dish is completely handmade: formed by hand, personalized by hand, kiln fired, hand glazed and then kiln fired again. Computers are not used making your dish. Each dish is created entirely by hand. Variations that occur in the lettering and hand-trimming are part of the charm of hand-crafting. Each 3d letter and number is individually positioned in the clay by hand, variations must be expected. Spacing will not be perfect. Although perfection is the goal, this will be a handmade dish and look handmade. Your dish will not look like it was mass produced in a factory, but be beautifully unique.

All orders include a GPS shipping tracking number so you can follow online the delivery transit status of your package. Make arrangements to be at the location where your package is shipping to so you can receive your delivery. Some dishes will have small flecks of color (black or red) in the clay. This is a natural occurrence and to be expected. These flecks are the size of pepper or smaller. Returns and refunds will not be accepted due to these issues. Due to variances in color on computer, phone and tablet monitors, the color you are viewing may vary. All colors are represented as accurately as possible. Returns and refunds are not accepted because you do not like the color of your dish. There is an area on the bottom of the dish that is not glazed. This prevents the dish from sticking to the kiln shelf during the glaze firing and ruining both the dish and our kiln. A Prima Pottery logo will be stamped on the back side your final dish. If you do not want this, please contact us before your order ships. Returns and refunds are not accepted due to our logo appearing on the back of the dish.
