Barely even used more than a handful of times. It works perfectly fine, no flaws. My husband just bought me the wrong item for Christmas. I never returned it. Tried it a few times but wanted something different. This is great for basic every day pick up and maintenance. Not for use on wet floors! Crumbs and small amounts of pet hair is good! Best with hardwoods and tile or laminate floors. Works decent on very low pile rugs. Such as Berber rugs etc..
